The White Building – Through the Doorway

After 30 years with no government regulation in the way of building codes (or structural repairs) and little in the way of local oversight past seeking the approval of the building’s elders, the unit interiors in The White Building have come to represent have come to represent the epitome of Cambodian ingenuity and personalization.
